In-store technology provides a wide range of ways to improve customer experience and grow sales. The challenge is often building business cases for specific investments.
One way to help could be to attend the Retail Bulletin conference on In-store Engagement. It has speakers and panelists from Tesco, M&S, Vodafone and a number of other big names in retail who will share their experience and viewpoints.
