Wilma joined Pierhouse in 1998, having gained over 20 years’ experience in various roles within the Customer Service Environment. Wilma came to Pierhouse from Rexam Pharmaceutical Packaging where she set up and managed the Customer Services Department and was responsible for providing exceptional customer service to companies including Elli Lilly, Roussel Laboratories, Wyeth Laboratories and Astra Zeneca to name but a few.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of ISO 9000, TQM and Best Practice and uses this experience to ensure Pierhouse gives added value to all clients using Business Excellence and Best Practice. She is dedicated to achieving continuous improvement throughout our business.
