Software Engineer

We are looking for exceptional Software Engineers, with proven experience to join our teams based in the UK.

The Role:
  • To work within the IT team assisting with the development, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance of IT software systems.
  • To provide helpdesk support for all software applications supported by the IT team.
  • Attending partner/customer meetings alongside the wider team to demonstrate knowledge of our products and solutions.
  • Flexible hours of work and shift patterns including weekends and public holidays

Office Administrator

We are looking for a part-time office administrator to join our UK team based in Farnham, Surrey.

We can be flexible with the working hours but are looking for a minimum of 3 hours up to 4 hours per day, 5 days a week Monday-Friday between 9am – 5pm.

We are looking for someone to provide support to the Client Services Manager, the position will include general office administration tasks as well as some accounts administration.

The Role:
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers via phone, email and in person
  • Preparing customer invoices including maintaining spreadsheets for work in progress jobs and tracking customer licences
  • Monitoring and updating our customer database
  • Manage our credit control process, including creating statements and chasing up late payments
  • Preparing weekly supplier payments lists
  • Managing building maintenance, Health & Safety checks and associated suppliers/trades where required

The Role:
  • Build and develop the marketing strategy and plans
  • Develop the marketing calendar including campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions and client events
  • Create fully integrated campaigns incorporating events, collateral, PR, digital marketing, Social Media etc…
  • Work closely with the internal sales teams and external resellers creating bespoke collateral and presentations
